For AWAY games: You will need player passes and a completed MYSA match lineup form. Give everything to the referee before the game, and he or she will return the player passes afterward.

For HOME games: You will need cash for the referees (please have correct change), player passes, a completed MYSA match lineup form and a stamped envelope addressed to the east district director (address labels were included in your league packet you picked up at the East District Coach Meeting).
