Coaches Pre-Game Prep

Managers, it is your responsibility to make sure the team is registered to play before every game.  This page contains all the information and forms you will need to have completed before the soccer match.

For AWAY games:

• Player Passes
• A completed MYSA match lineup form.

For HOME games:

• You will need cash for the referees (please have correct change)
• Player Passes
• a completed MYSA match lineup form and a stamped envelope addressed to the east district director (address labels were included in your league packet you picked up at the East District Coach Meeting)
• Give everything to the referee before the game, and he or she will return the player passes after the game.
